DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Nepal Directory provides users with access to its services, including sub domain and hosting, various forums, and blogs. You also understand and agree that the service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Nepal Directory to provide the service.
Subscriber should be aware that Nepal Directory may proactively change the specified sub-domain and hosting rates and charges from time to time, with any new rate or changed pricing being exclusively effective for new subscribers or service plan changes. Subscriber is aware that rates and offers can change upon service plan modification or new account subscription and may or may not be available for purchase at any time in the future. However, existing subscriptions will not be affected by changed pricing or offers.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Nepal Directory of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Nepal Directory will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
